Labour hire is when a private recruitment agency, like ours, employs workers and assigns them to your organisation. In this arrangement, you become the host employer, and we supply staff who are suited to your business needs.

How Labour Hire Works

Labour hire is when a business brings in workers through an agency instead of hiring them directly. The agency employs the workers, pays their wages, super, tax, and insurance, while the business (the host employer) manages them day to day. The host simply pays an agreed hourly rate to the agency, and everything else is taken care of.
