How Labour Hire Works
Labour hire is when a business brings in workers through an agency instead of hiring them directly. The agency employs the workers, pays their wages, super, tax, and insurance, while the business (the host employer) manages them day to day. The host simply pays an agreed hourly rate to the agency, and everything else is taken care of.
