Unlike labour hire, these employees are hired directly by you and become part of your permanent workforce.

We do the groundwork — finding, screening, and shortlisting candidates — saving you time and ensuring you get quality applicants.

You, as the employer, take on full responsibility for wages, superannuation, payroll tax, leave entitlements, and any other statutory requirements once you hire the employee.

Fees & Guarantees

Our permanent placement service is charged as a percentage of the employee’s annual salary. We offer flexible payment options and provide guarantees for peace of mind. Salaries are always based on a minimum 38-hour work week over 52 weeks.
