Shutdown & Project Personnel is our tailored labour hire service for supplying large numbers of skilled workers to support shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance programs, and major projects. Whether FIFO or local, we deliver fully compliant, job-ready crews for critical timelines.

How Does it Work?

Similar to labour hire but with added involvement, we manage:

• Recruitment and pre-screening
• Inductions and compliance checks
• Onboarding and training

We coordinate everything so your workforce is on-site, compliant, and productive from day one.

What We Cover

We handle all employment obligations, including:

• Wages & PAYG withholding
• Superannuation contributions
• Payroll tax
• Casual loading
• Workers' compensation & insurance
• Portable long service leave (if applicable)

All costs are included in our transparent hourly charge rate — no hidden fees

All shutdown and project assignments are subject to a minimum four-hour shift, as required by Fair Work Australia.
